ABOUT MALDIVES HUMAN RIGHTS PORTAL

The Maldives Human Rights Portal (MHRP) is developed to ensure establishment of a practical tool to support the present follow-up mechanism to monitor the progress of implementation of Universal Periodic Review (UPR), Human Rights Treaty Body recommendations and National Human Rights Action Plan (NHRAP).

This portal is developed by the Human Rights Commission of the Maldives (HRCM) in partnership with the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) and funded by the Danish Institute of Human Rights(DIHR).
