ICCPR-22 In light of its general comment No. 34 (2011), the State party should fully guarantee the right to freedom of expression in all its forms. The State party should also avoid any kind of illegal interference in the media, including by refraining from the use of force against journalists. It should further protect journalists and media against any form of violence and censorship.
