RECOMMENDATION
The Committee recommends that the State party: (b) Promote, in line with article 9, paragraph 2 of the Optional Protocol, awareness in the public at large, including children, through information by all appropriate means, education and training, about the preventive measures and harmful effects of the offences referred to in the Optional Protocol, including by encouraging the participation of the community and, in particular, children and child victims, in such information, education and training programmes;
