RECOMMENDATION
The Committee reiterates its previous recommendation (CRC/C/MDV/CO/3, para. 51) and recommends that, as indicated during the dialogue, the State party amend the Association Act to allow children to form associations, and encourage children to form associations, and create opportunities for their involvement in the formulation of policies and decisions that affect them.
